Trimmed the horizontal face on the aft of both Longerons as instructed by Vans manual Drawing 18 detail C. Marked Longerons where they need to be bent in a vice with a rubber mallet. As I hit the Longeron with the mallet it sent vibrations down the 15' aluminium and broke the end off where I was instructed to trim the end off where the F-711 C Bulkhead stiffners come threw. So this one is now trash. On the next one I add a support to the aft of the Longeron so that it will not break. It did not break, but has a bad crack int in at the stiffner cut area. both of my Logeron angles are now trash. Total waste of a days work!
