Countersunk nutplate holes on top of bulkhead, and installed K1000-8 nutplates. Drilled countersunk and installed K1000-8 nutplates in F-782 L and R and F-783 L and R. Fabricated F-704M Web stiffners. Drilled and installed K1000-8 nutplates as per instructions. Primed all parts.
