check engine mount for proper alignment, and clearance. trimmed bottom corners of firewall as needed for proper engine mount and landing gear clearance. Drilled holes for engine mount using the mount as a guide. Bolted engine mount to firewall.
Note: Almost 2 years since last time I was able to work on plane. I moved from Phoenix area back to Tyler, Texas area. It took much longer than expected getting the new shop organized, and prepared to work in.
