Brief Description:  Mini Paint Set-Up for Small Parts

Built a mini paint set-up for priming small parts. The set-up is made up of 8 panels of foam display board (20" x 30" x 3/16") purchased from Michael's Arts & Crafts. It is assembled in 2-panel sections held together by duct tape. Two of the sections lie flat and overlap each other on top of my workbench. The other two sections are folded and make up the back/sides of the set-up like a backsplash to contain most of the direct overspray. A small handi-clamp holds the two back/side sections together. When I've finished spraying one side of the parts at a 30-45 degree angle from the front of the workbench, I simply flip the back/side sections over, place them on the front side of the workbench, and then spray the back side of the parts from a similar 30-45 degree angle. The panel ends attached by duct tape are separated by a ~3/8" gap to allow the tape to flex and the sections to fold up for easy storage. It's very light and easy to break down for storage.
