Brief Description:  Debur Inspar Ribs & Nose Ribs

I spent 9.5 hours today deburring the edges of the remaining 10 inspar ribs and all 8 of the nose ribs. That's right, 9.5 hours of just deburring (i.e., euphemistically called "character building")! That's an average of approximately half an hour per part. (I also modified the nose ribs to prevent buckling of the skins by grinding back the tip of each rib and then grinding a radius at the tip of both flanges to allow the skin to flex more around the leading edge of the horizontal stabilizer when installed. In the photo below, the nose rib on the left is in the stock condition, and I have marked a black line with a Sharpie pen representing the minimum edge distance required for the installed rivets. The nose rib on the right has already been ground back to the black line and then the tips of the flanges have been radiused.) Now that the deburring is complete, I can start assembling the horizontal stabilizer and begin match-drilling the skeleton and skins.
