After the leading edge was rolled and riveted, I installed the counterweight, match-drilled the holes, dimpled the skins, countersunk the counterweight, and installed the fasteners. Then I finished the rudder assembly by riveting the last remaining holes in the skin, top rib, and counterweight rib. Total logged construction time on the empennage so far, from ordering the kit to completion of the rudder = 200 hours over a span of 82 calendar days.
