Brief Description:  Drill Rudder Stops, Debur, Prime, & Assemble

After deburring the rear spar assembly, I match-drilled the top lower rudder hinge bracket and the rudder stops. Then I scuffed the surface of the parts with a maroon Scotch-Brite pad in preparation for priming and thoroughly cleaned/degreased the parts with acetone. I applied two light coats of primer (Mar-Hyde 5111 Self-Etching Primer in an aerosol can) to each part. After the primer dried (~2 hours), I reassembled the parts in the same L/R orientation marked earlier, and then riveted the assembly together with my pneumatic squeezer using AN470AD4-6 rivets.
