Tonight I deburred all of the remaining components of the vertical stabilizer skeleton (i.e., front spar, top rib, inspar ribs, and nose ribs) during the Chicago White Sox game. I used a Vixen file on the flat edges, 3-piece aluminum deburring handle and 1" light deburring wheel on the lightening holes, and Diamond needle files on all of the small cutouts between the flanges. Then I polished all of the external edges on the 6" light deburring wheel on the grinder. After deburring all of the parts, I assembled the V-Stab skeleton in preparation for match-drilling.
