The backordered light arrived Friday afternoon. I was interested to compare it in size to the standard light. The two lights are comparable is size so I don't think additional drag/wind resistance will be an issue. The light appears to be well made. Although it looks like black plastic, the housing is made from aluminum and is black anodized. I plan to install it this weekend.
