Fabricating the various small parts required for the handles and latches takes a bit of time.
For the best appearance, make sure that you machine/sand the white latch/handle parts in matched sets so they appear uniform when viewed opposite from each other thru the clear plastic. I used a punch to mark each piece on the inside surface so they could be matched for final assembly.
The white parts were primed and then coated with a polyurethane topcoat. The black parts were black anodized and then they were coated with a wear resistant coating (Emralon 333). The black knobs were laser engraved with instructions for opening.
