Brief Description: Prepared templates/cut front seat panel
I spent most of the morning measuring and cutting the cardboard template for the front seat panel. After a few adjustments I got the template to fit quite well. I then proceeded to cut out the pattern. I used a fine tooth blade in a jig saw to cut out the holes for the cyclics. In hindsight, it would have been easier to use a hole saw to rough out the basic shapes and the use the saber saw to finish up. Being quite new at sheetmetal fab, I am have a little trouble in getting the bends to come out right when I use the brake for forming. I guess practice will make perfect...
