Prior to mounting the engine and shroud, I checked the clearance of the rods where they exit through the firewall panel. The control rods do not exit the firewall in the center of the cut-outs. I'm not sure if any other "Quick-Build" builders have experienced this on their ships or not. It seems if the pattern for cutting the slots would have been shifted about a 1/2" to the right everything would have lined up perfectly.I may have to open up the slots once the bubble is fitted to allow a bit more room.
