Finished up the sand blasting of the collective and cyclic controls today. I also had a chance to shot peen and alodine the Slider T's after the Zyglo inspection. After the alodine, I masked all the holes and applied a dry film lubricant to the larger bores. I reinserted the zerc fittings, seating them with a small amount of epoxy polymide primer on the threads. I intend to use the dry lube at all metal-to-metal contact areas that require lubrication.
