After three years of work, it was time for the FAA Airworthiness Inspection. I contacted a local DAR to perform the inspection. He spent approximately 2 1/2 hours going over the project and at the end signed it off with no noted discrepancies. He designated my area for flight testing and now it's time to contact the factory for a more experienced hand to do the first hover.
