I found a local interior guy who has experience working with leather and sculpted foam. We took several measurements in preparation of fabricating the seats. I was trying to find the right combination of foam so the seat is comfortable, but not too high. I won't cut the cyclic sticks to length until the seats are installed. I found that I needed to trim nearly a 1/4" off the edges of the headboard and seat back to allow for the material thickness of the covering.
