Brief Description:  Installed LED Landing Light

The light was a pretty simple matter to install. I already had the landing light and Wig-Wag switches and all wiring in place. The sturdy bracket attaches to the airframe with five bolts. I made a best guess on the angle of the light, but it can be easily adjusted after I'm flying. The light is sealed and rated for washdown. I ran the wires to it in shrink tubing then applied split sleeve conduit . I believe the built-in flasher will make it easier to see this little helicopter. If you look at photo #3, you can also see the additional strobe that's installed on the belly. I mounted the light a little bit off-center on the rear rib just in case I install a cargo hook at a later date.
