The first photo shows the two frames made from a window screen kit. I riveted at each corner for additional strength.
The ABS sheet is clamped between the frames and then placed directly under the heating element (it takes about 3 minutes to heat to the proper temp).
The third photo shows the completed machine. One switch is for the heat and the other turns on the shop-vac plugged into the outlet on the front. The shop-vac hose exits thru the rear wall.
