The photo below shows a special tie wrap that I ran across at www.tiewraps.com.
A lot of builders shy away from tie wraps due to the fact that by over-tightening the loop you run the risk of pinching/cutting the wire bundle. This wrap has double loops. You are able to apply maximum tension to the portion that secures to the frame, but only apply as much tension as needed to the loop that secures the wire bundle. The wraps are rated at 50 lbs.
I don't plan on using these extensively, but they will come in handy in tight spaces where I can't fit an Adel cushion clamp.
