Brief Description: Checking Fit of Switch Panel Mockup
I'm finally satisfied with the layout of the switch panels. After checking the fit on all the switches and instruments using the cardboard mockups, I cut the aluminum pieces from .125" thick 6061-T6. Next I'll black anodize them, laser engrave the locations of all the cutouts and then drill/cut at the marked locations. Finally, I'll deburr all holes, reanodize and then do the final laser engraving for the switch labels.
