Since the cabin is going to be painted soon, I needed to install the lower half of each door hinge. The hardest part of making these is to get the hinge pivot hole drilled straight thru the flat bar. I suggest that you drill the hole first before wasting all the time cutting the part to shape and finding the hole off-center. After drilling each set, I inserted a pin and ground the front half even. Make allowances for the extra material in front of the bore when you drill the hole.
