Formed wing ribs. There is much work with forming the perimeter flange, lightening holes with flange, and the straightening needed once all the forming is complete. The 3rd photo shows the spar tips that were fabricated. This photo shows all the nose ribs for both wings, both spar tips and the start of the wing rear ribs. There is many more hours of work to be completed to fabricate all of the 18 rear ribs. The first 4 ribs on each wing require angle stiffeners to be fabricated and riveted in place.
