Rebuilt the elevator. I did not follow the assembly instructions but rather assembled the elevator paying extra attention to making sure the elevator was flat and not twisted. I completely riveted the bottom first, then added the upper horn, fully riveted the upper side skin and then added the lower horn. The very last step was adding the trim tab and servo motor.
