Brief Description: Dimpled Skin & Counter Sinked Spars Left
Dimpled Left HS skin and counter sinked left spars. To adjust counter sink to proper depth, I started by using a piece of scrap aluminum, counter sunk and matched to a dimple on the skin. After counter sinking one side of one spar, I clecoed the spar to the skin and used a light on one side the spar to show any gap space between the spar and the skin. I increased the counter sink depth aproximately an additional 1/64th inch until no light showed between the spar and the skin.
