Brief Description:  Dimpled trim plate and constructed bender

The trailling edges does not come bent completely to the right angle. This is to allow for enough room to work on the skins and back rivet the stiffners to the skins. Once this is done, I then have to bend the skins so that the airflow come off a sharp edge. This done by constructing a bender with two pieces of scrap wood and door hinges. This was easy enough to construct but I recommend using bigger hinges than I used initially. The reason is that if you have small hinges with the screws all in line this puts to much stress on the wood close to the and the wood WILL split as mine did. Refer to image 3 as the example.
