Today I placed a thin layer of 30 min epoxy on the Trailing edge wedge then placed it between the two skins. Prior to doing this I sanded the wedge as well as the inside of the skins to rough up the surface a bit so that the epoxy would bond better to it. I then cleaned it with degreaser. I then placed the the wedge in between the 2 skins and clecoed the whole assembly together and to the the aluminum angle. The aluminum angle serves to keep the trailing edge straight while it cures. The manual then calls for this to be left alone to cure for the next two days. I guess this will give me an oppurtunity to watch some EAA videos that I had bought.
Called it a day. No pics today as there is nothing structurally new to show.
