Today I finished drilling out the right HS and then took it all apart. I then removed all the inner vinyl coating on the skin and the coating on the ribs and spars. I also removed the vinyl coating from around the rivet holes on the outer skin, leaving the vinyl everywhere else on the outer skin for scratch protection. The Left HS was also treated the same.
I then deburred ALL the holes in the inner skeletal structure and called it a day. Tommorow I will dubur the edges of the skeletal structure and skins as well the debur the skins. If time permits I will scotch brite the interior skeletal structure and inner skins to prepare them for priming.
