Started installing insulation under the floor of the front seats. The insulation came from Tim Cox at Quietride Solutions. I used strips of Dynamat in each section for vibration and sound deadening, then two layers of aluminum backed composite fabric which will fill most of the space between the outer skin and the inner floor. It should make it pretty quiet without much weight penalty. The Quietride Solutions kit comes pre-cut to fit in between the floor ribs and it does so very well with very little adjustment. The kit is very complete and comes with sound insulation for the firewall, rear bulkhead and canopy.
