Worked on the electric flap assembly today. Drilled and fitted the nylon bearing blocks, fabricated the electric actuator mounting bracked (twice) and a couple of other pieces for the flap system. Going very slowly and carefully at this point. Researched corrosion protection and decided to use aerosol self etching primer. Ordered a case of something made by SEM. The shipping was almost as much as the paint
