Spent time determining location of antenna. Unable to find a location that would provide a 36" diameter ground plane location, provide the required attachment security, and be located close to the ELT plus 3 feet from comm antenna. Able to locaate Jim Wier's torroid balun dipole in fuselage beneath main wing in vertical position which is better than 3 feet from the comm antenna.
