Brief Description: Adjust & test brakes and remove storage basket
I pulled N365SX out of the hangar convinced this was the day to finally get the brakes adjusted. She started right up and I taxied away using a little power to get started. Once she started to roll, I reduced power to idle (about 1050RPM) and away we went. Taxiing at the rate of a fast walk I feltl like this bird wants to fly! It's like holding back a herd of horses. Oh to push the throttle in and off we go. I good way to kill msself at my level of experience. I decided to remove the storage basket without its being fastened in. If it drops, it could interfere with the transponder antenna or the rudder torque tube inside along the bottom of the fuselage. If it comes up, it could mess up the cockpit. Out it went!
