The first order of the day was to insert the quick release flap pins. Part of the problem was that I had not clear drilled the push rod holes. Some of the paint got inside the hole preventing me from getting the pins in properly. Drilling the holes in the pushrod to clear the paint was the first step. Then I could almost reach inside the access hole. CAUTION! tie a string to the quick a little wiggle of the flap handle and IN IT WENT! The second one was almost as easy. Then I turned to the airleron pushrod connections. No problem. A little drilling and little judicious filing and in they went.
