Learning to really use the microcage countersink. Then the part was c/s in about 80 places. Now the sheet metal part must be dimpled to fit in the c/s. The holes along the ledge couldn't be reached with the microcage so I cut away about 45 deg of the cage to allow the c/s to reach the holes. I have ordered a smalller microcage and a replacement for the one I cut up just in case.
