Brief Description: I finallly looks like an airplane
I started the day by aligning the pilot holes in the bottom skin to the lower longerons and three bottom cross ties to keep the skin from sagging. Everything square and even. I drilled about 12-14 # 40 holes thru the bottom skin into the longerons. Then I carefully rolled the whole section over so it sits rightside up. A few uppper cross ties were clamped in place.Rather than start a new step, I fabricated a clip F23-07 because I need two and only made one. Now I have two.After sleeping on the problem of installing the retainer clips in the failread assemblies, the remaning retainer clips went right on.
