I started by drilling the vertical channel holes to final size. The piece was disassembled and deburred and primed the vertical channels for the Left Aft Fuselage Ass'y. Thepiece was reassembled.The 1" and 3/4" holes required in a few phenolic pieces were drilled using Diablo drills. 1" holes in .025" aluminum were made with hole saws.
