I started by drilling out the rivets holding the Left Upper Longeron to the skin. Now I will be able to tuck the turtle deck skin between the fuselage skin and the upper longeron. Then I spent a few minutes bending the kit supplied Attach Plate F20-09 L&R to the 30 deg required. I used the Pole Brake to do this
