Starboard horizontal stabliser skinned and hinge drilled, piloy holes drilled and clecoed, this was only after attempt to skin earlier was unsuccessful. This was as the result of not making sure the ribs were square. Skin had to be removed before reskinning starboard side.
Lesson:- always ensure square before drilling holes
