Brief Description: Project #3 - Sample of Control Surface
This project helps you get the experience of reading the plans, building pieces from bare metal and then assembly.
The aim - to teach you more of the basic building skills, and then progress to more difficult tasks - all to give you the confidence when you tackle the real thing!!
The end result is a part of a Control Surface - aileron or elevator.
The first part of the project is to take a piece of profiled metal and mark and then cut out the 4 stiffeners.
Drill the holes, debur them and then dimple them ....
