Using cleco's the vertical stabilizer frame was assembled. Following the builders manual the frame was riveted together with the appropriate hardware. Bushings inserted to hinges and riveted to the frame. The skins were then attached using clecos. Lineup is fairly close, forward spar flanges need to still be drilled and the leading edge skin needs the aft edges slightly bent for a close fit. Edge forming tool on order.
