After marking the orientation of the outlet tubes onto the NACA duct housing, I cutout an area large enough for the duct to slip through from the inside. After final trimming and cleaning, I bonded the tube into the duct using Loctite EA 9396 and clamped until cured.

After cure, I riveted the NACA duct onto the lower engine cowling. I used sealant between the NACA duct and the cowling to prevent any potential chafing and to help seal the gap between the two components.
