I prepared the nose bowl for the second mold and used about half the material as I'd done with the previous pour. This mold turned out much better so I will also cut the previous mold in half to make it easier to work with.
I will now clean off the foam residue from the nose cowl and make the outline for the enlarged openings. On the mold themselves, I need to clean them up as well, smooth out some rough surfaces and apply mold release to them.
