I finished cleaning off the remaining bits of expanding foam from the inside and outside surfaces of the nose bowl. What a mess!
For my next attempt, I do have real mold release coating and will apply many layers of this to the nose bowl surfaces.
However, this time I think I will make the mold smaller, perhaps specific to each opening I wish to modify but I am still working out how I wish to do this.
