Following the kit instructions I trimmed and bent the baffles for the LH and RH forward sides of the engine. This took a lot of patience as I had to locate the cowling, mark and trim, then repeat.
In the photos, I have removed the top skin of the engine cowl as the baffles are still too high but I chose to reinstall my spacer in between the nose bowl and spinner to make sure the nosebowl was located correctly while I trimmed the baffles.
