Tonight I worked on the right aileron. First I bent the trailing skin. I started bending the skin before placing the 1/8 dowel along the trailing edge. Other than that I did not have any problems. Assembly went just as well as the left aileron. Everything fits so well. Before calling it a night, I drilled the counterweight. I thought it would be difficult drilling through the galvanized tube but it was pretty easy. I used #40 drill first followed by #30 drill. I then match drilled all other #40 holes on bottom side.
