Received 300 clecoes from Avery today. Should now have enough to work on both wings at same time.
Leveling wing: 1) main spar level both ends 2) root end clamped on top and bottom of main spars 3) measure horizontal dimension from plumb at both root and tip .
I was finally able to level the wing by shiming the outboard end support so that all twist was within .004.
