Brief Description:  Riveted LW main ribs to front spar

Before riveting main ribs to front spar, I C'sunk main spar tank attach holes. I used #30 C'sink cutter. I finally found the reason why I was getting chattering in the past. I was not applying enough down pressure. Once I started doing this, chattering was eliminated.

I thought a lot about best way to rivet ribs to spars since I would be riveting alone. First of all I followed the recommendation to have the manufactured head on rib flange ( thinnest material). I decided to lay the main spar flat and about 10 inches above the work bench to provide enough clearance for the bucking bar. Instead of double offset rivet set, I used 6 inch straight set and moved the away from the rivet gun instead. Riveting this way turned out to be easy once I had the correct air pressure
