Brief Description: Finish deburring left wing ribs, start to straight
Finally I get to do something else. Now that the ribs are nice and smooth, its time to straighten. First I bent the flanges a little and check that they are at 90 deg to web. Then using flutting tool I fluted the flanges between rivet holes a bit at a time on both top and bottom until the rib is visually straight and without any twists. I can tell when the web is flat and straight by droping the rib on the table. It makes a particular sound almost like a suction when it is straight. Of course I check with a straight edge just to make sure. I then re check that the flange is at 90 deg and adjust as necessary.
