Before priming the main spar flange, I wanted to mace sure all the countersinks were correct depth. To speed this up, I glued a 3/32 rivet to the end of a steel punch. Once dried, I was able to quickly verify and shave the c'sink to correct depth. Once finished, I cleaned the area and masked the spar and used my new mini HVLP. You will notice I am doing this right in the shop. I do have ventilation and both main door and garage door are opened. The result was fantastic. The new gun works very well for small areas.
