After drilling out two out of spec rivets on hinge plate, I completed the riveting of the skeleton. Then I clecoed and riveted 4 rivets attaching the counterweight skin to the main skin as called out in the manual to avoid using pop rivets later on because of lack of access. Then I slipped the skeleton inside the ribs, squeezed RTV over the stiffener rib trailing edge rivets and closed everything up after a final inspection and clecoed everything together.
