Brief Description: Bending left elevator trailing edge
I was not very happy with the bending results of the right elevator. I followed the methoud that Van outlines in the manual but I had a gut feeli ng that this was not the right approach. The bend action should only affect the radius area of the skin. The rest of the skin remains as it was. So instead, I removed all the higes and started over again. This time I placed the hinges on the flat side as shown below. It's not shown here but I did clamp two large clamps on the ends to help out.
