Had a bit of difficulty riveting the 4 flush rivets attaching the spar to root rib but finally the best method was to use the hand squeezer. I had almost forgotten to trim the lead weight per detail in drawing 5 but here it is almost done. I used my large band saw for this and it cut like butter. I found a large void (where the clam is in picture #2). I will melt some lead and fill it late is necessary. According to the manual I should have excess weight and will need to drill holes anyway after elevator is installed and painted.
